Gor Sungu himself, I think, completely mismanaged it. He went out looking for glory. He went out to nail… to try and nail Nicholas Biwott. Instead of looking for evidence I think he decided this was the person we must nail and that is how he conducted himself and at the end of the day it was a big disgrace.

… everything was written more or less and I wanted to present it to the committee and then after that they would cross examine me but they refused…

And then you know they questioned, they wanted to question me I said please let me present my side of the story then question me. But they said no, so I pleaded with them they said I am intimidating them and they will not have me succeed. So I insisted and I stood my ground so they got fed up and they went, they left.

And with that the Parliamentary Select Committee’s investigation came to an end.
